Application for Rental Housing

Thank you for your interest in renting from us!

Applicants are encouraged to review the Eagle Properties Rental Criteria and Eagle Properties Pet Policy before applying. There is no cost to apply and your information is secure. We own, host, and manage our secure server and all forms are sent directly to it. We do not, and will not, rent, sell, share or disclose your information to third parties.

The application process is divided in 3 steps:

• Step 1 - Application Form online (form below) complete and send.

• Step 2 - Request an Appointment to inspect the unit you are applying for. You can bring a deposit check or cash with you, or submit it online at a different time.

• Step 3 - Submit a Deposit online for the deposit amount of the property you are applying for, or you can bring a deposit check or cash with you to the apartment showing.

A deposit must be received for the premises to be reserved for you. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
