Property Manager
Supervise multiple locations. Maximize occupancy, showing and leasing apartments. Resident relations, answering phones, collecting and recording rents, performing and scheduling repairs. Ensures compliance with law and policy. Basic knowledge of fair housing laws required. Ability to work well with people. Verbal and written communication skills. Ocassional heavy lifting (up to 60lb.) Must be able to work first and last days of the month for resident turnover.
Facilities Manager
Responsible for property condition, appearance, and maintenance. Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, landscaping and cleaning. Records and completes work requests. Ability to work independently or with a team. Involves heavy lifting (up to 80lb.). Able to work first and last days of the month for resident turnover.
