Sewer pipe blockage or damage are the cause for some of the most expensive and disheartening home repairs, but it is a common issue in Minnesota due to trees, frost, clay soil, and lack of attention. We believe every home should have a sewer line inspection, so we offer it at a deep discount if performed at the time of the home inspection.

Mold Testing

Air Quality Testing

After a positive mold test, funky smell or strong air freshener, indoor haze or moisture may be signs of Environmental Hazards which may indicate a larger issue or "Sick Building". Whether the property has suffered from smoke, abandonment, water intrusion, pests or multiple pets, foreclosure, waived disclosures, or if you see us wearing a mask ... you should have this test performed.

Environmental Hazards are not a deal killer. We assist agents on how to manage the transaction when this test is performed.
