Home Maintenance Inspection
Before asking the contractor sales agent ask the inspector. Consultation to provide advice in specific areas of concern as the seasons change. Homeowner can benefit by verifying improvements, identifying changes, or consulting issues with an expert impartial party rather than a contractor's sales agent. Includes recommendations for preventive maintenance to avoid costly repairs, how to save money through adequate weather stripping, appliance maintenance, and help to plan and prioritize improvements. Homeowner Walkthrogh Inspection
Perform repairs more cost effectively than a last minute transaction rush. Low cost inspection for sellers that want to make corrections before listing, or buyers that want a preliminary inspection consultation before placing an offer. This inspection review provides in-person advice of existing conditions that should be disclosed, and how to do repairs correctly for a successful real estate transaction. This Inspection takes approximately one hours, is limited in scope (no roof, attic, or appliance testing), and DOES NOT INCLUDE a report (Detailed Report can be used by sellers as an alternative to disclosures. Radon Test Information
There is no safe Radon level and the EPA recommends to consider taking action at levels at or above 2.0. Corrective actions do not always have to involve an expensive active depressurization system. Schedule an inspection to help identify issues and areas specific to your home that may need to be repaired that may contribute to radon levels and wait until after your home inspection before testing to plan easy alternative solutions that may help reduce radon levels before investing in an expensive system.

Cost Segregation Study
Required by IRS for depreciation of investment real estate properties. This report performs an engineering inspection and analysis, and as the results of the analysis provides the client with an accelerated depreciation schedule for non structural items. The investment property is financially divided into three component tiers and depreciated over 5 years, 15 years, and Bonus Depreciation option if applicable. Request this service
